Yes, Bluebird Market has semi-private event space on the 2nd floor area, private rooms inside The Old Dillon Inn, or full buy-outs of Bluebird Market, The Old Dillon Inn, and The PlayGarten.

Bluebird has several food and beverage options. • Order catering in advance directly from our vendors • Provide tokens to guests for a set number of food or drink items. • Guest Provides wristbands for unlimited food or drink options. • Other N/A drink options, order from vendors with catering order. • Order beer packages from Upslope Aprés Outpost • Water dispensers available around Bluebird Market for guests use. All of these options require at least 72 Hours' Notice, and the Credit Card Authorization form must be completed.

Yes! Guests are welcome to stop by anytime to view our reservable spaces, however there is no events manager or employee on-site to meet you. This is all self-guided.

No, we do not provide full event planning services. Our team is able to add your reservation to the calendar to ensure your tables are reserved and help facilitate catering with any of our vendors. You are responsible for all other coordination, setup, and payments.

Simple decorations are permitted, but over-the-top decorations and balloons are not.

Please let our team know as soon as possible so we can confirm vendor availability. Catering is arranged directly with the independently operated vendor/restaurant and is subject to their availability.

No. Catering costs do not include setup supplies or to-go containers. These must be arranged with and paid to the vendor you choose.

Yes. We have a limited number of folding tables available. Please request them at least 72 hours in advance so our team can prepare them for your event.

Yes, we can coordinate with our vendors for additional drink setups. This is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.
